Globaltechled Product with Rebel chips Luxeon Rebel LED chips are the smallest surface mountable power LED available today considerably smaller than rival power LEDs. The chip is mounted on a ceramic substrate and has a hemispherical silicone lens. With the industries best lumens per package, highest light density (lumens per mm2), and the highest packing density, LUXEON Rebel is ideal for both space-constrained and conventional solid-state lighting applications. The Rebel chip is 1mm², making it the clear leader in Lumens per mm², Lumens per Watt, Lumens per Dollar. Despite its tiny size, the Rebel is very robust, and the Ceramic substrate allows the chip to withstand a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. This feature enables us to use a 700mA drive current to produce a tremendous quantity of light, and simultaneously maintain reliability of over 100,000Hrs using our superior thermal management system. LED SMART DRIVER DESIGN: Globaltechled manages the LED chip performance by incorporating an LED Smart Driver into its PCB Board utilizing software refined over years of lab and field testing. Current accuracy over the LED operating temperature range is 3%, thereby reducing harmful fluctuation of current, increasing life and preventing high current switching noise from feeding back to the microcontroller sensing unit. The LED Smart Driver comes with an optional "Energy Saving" program so clients who wish to gain greater savings by dimming their parking lot, garage or street lighting during "off-peak" hours can do so. The Rebel white binning structure includes a CCT range from 2670K to 3500K for warm-white, 3500K to 4500K for neutral-white, and 4500K to 10000K for cool-white. Our custom lighting Fixtures and Retrofit Kits are designed for multiple applications using these wide ranges of color to choose from. Such applications are Horticulture, Animal Habitats, Retail Environments, Automobile Dealerships, Hospitals, Port’s.
